Dan White, a survivor of the September 11 terrorist attacks, speaks about the day his life changed forever, recalling his escape from the Twin Towers. He vividly remembers how he tried to save his life amidst the chaos and fear.
The Face of Terror
White explains that the loud noises he heard suddenly shattered the calm of ordinary days. In the early hours of the attacks, he was extremely anxious and did not know what was happening. "Everything I witnessed that day was beyond my imagination. Every sound, every scream, and every moment is etched in my mind in an indescribable way," he says.
In the midst of this chaos, Dan White decided to leave the tower with his reason and courage. He recalls how difficult this decision was for him. "Escaping from there not only required courage, but it was also a kind of gamble with fate. I knew that at any moment, it could be the end of my life."
