Two decades have passed since the September 11 terrorist attacks, and the memory of that day is still alive in hearts and minds. Hannah Moch and Ian Slade Thalis, two fourth-grade students at PS 234, who were just a few blocks away from the site of the incident, now share their memories with us.
Bitter Memories of the Day Everything Changed
On September 11, 2001, Hannah and Ian were busy learning in their classroom, unaware that the world would soon change.
