Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have moved their children, 7-year-old Prince Archie and 5-year-old Princess Lilibet, from one school to another due to security concerns. This change comes as the family has recently returned from California to the UK, and their children were enrolled in an unspecified school.
Reasons for the School Change
According to a spokesperson for Harry and Meghan, the decision was made after discussions with the family’s security team regarding their current circumstances. The statement reads: "The parents are very grateful to all the teachers and staff for the kindness, care, and effort they have shown during this time. This decision should not be interpreted as a reflection of the school or the exceptional care their children received there."

Security Challenges
Reports indicate that the previous school was located relatively far from the family's residence, making it difficult for them to protect themselves in heavy traffic. On the first day of school, the family realized that the commute would be challenging and that they might face greater threats in traffic.
This news comes as Harry and Meghan await a decision from government officials regarding their request for government-funded security protection. A government committee is set to review whether security should be provided for the couple, who now live in the UK. Their new residence has not yet been disclosed, and questions remain about security arrangements, given Harry's long-running legal battle with the UK government on this matter.
The Sussex family has returned to the UK for an extended period after six years of living in Montecito, California. Their decision to "step back" from royal duties and leave the UK in 2020 came as a major shock. Since then, royal relations have been publicly strained, with allegations of racism and harassment following the documentary "Harry and Meghan" and Harry's memoir titled "Spare."
Last week, the couple expressed surprise at receiving a letter from King Charles III emphasizing that they would remain private individuals and non-working members of the royal family.
